Refund policy

All services with the exception of the Self-Employed Binders are digital services and are non-refundable. If there are any issues with services provided, we are more than happy to assist you with rectifying the issue at hand that is within our means.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your binder upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify provided any monetary refunds for services rendered. However, we will assist with making any issues at hand within reasonable means right.
